I started my massage therapy career as an in-home therapist in 2013, after receiving 600+ hours of training at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (now called Pacific College of Health and Science) in Chicago, Illinois. There, I earned a certification in Massage Therapy and Asian Bodywork, allowing me to offer an integrative approach to pain management. Integrative therapy includes the mental, physical and emotional health of a person within its' various forms of treatment.
As a mobile therapist, I come with everything needed for an enjoyable and effective therapy session. Each session is personalized for the client I am working with. For example, moments before beginning a massage, my client and I create a treatment plan to address the pain or issue occurring that day. This normally includes a brief discussion and a gait and/or posture analysis. Support through education is provided post treatment to continue the healing process.
Follow up sessions are provided at a discounted rate to encourage clients to maintain a balanced state of health and movement.
